All products shipped by DHL are insured against theft and damage during transport from our warehouse to the delivery address. If your package is damaged upon delivery, we advise you to accept the shipment with reservation.

If your parcel arrives damaged on delivery, we recommend that you accept the parcel, stating the defects found. Please contact our customer service afterwards.

Products purchased from our online shop are shipped directly from our atelier in Mannheim.

• You take the packaged item with the label to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch. There you will receive a receipt for your return.

You can return a product within 30 days of receipt.

After checking the return, we will immediately refund the amount via the payment method you have previously chosen. With some payment providers, this process can take 1-3 working days. We ask for your understanding in this case.

The return is always free of charge for you. Just stick the return label, which you will receive by email, on the outside of your return. This ensures that the return is always sent to the correct address and there are no shipping costs.

The accepted payment methods for purchases from our online shop are: PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Sofortüberweisung, Klarna Rechnungskauf, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The billing address must match the address registered for the selected payment method.

Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when placing your order. After we have checked your return, we will refund your order withing 2-3 business days.
